UrbanEdge Consultants started with a simple observation: contractors and subcontractors lose more time to documentation bottlenecks — shop drawings stuck in review, estimates that need one more pass, a BIM model that's a revision behind — than to almost anything else on a job.
Rather than build another piece of software, UEC built a technical team: estimators, drafters, BIM modelers, schedulers, and a licensed Professional Engineer, working remotely as an on-demand extension of your own staff. You send the drawings, specs, or scope; UEC sends back construction-ready deliverables.
