1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the UrbanEdge Consultants website at urbanedge-construction.com (the "Site") and any services described on it (the "Services"). By using the Site or engaging UrbanEdge Consultants ("UEC," "we," "us") for Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our Services.

2. Description of Services

UEC provides remote technical construction services, including construction estimating, multi-trade shop drawings, BIM and Revit modelling, scan-to-BIM, scheduling and project controls, project management consulting, and Professional Engineer (PE) review and stamping services, where applicable. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in writing (e.g. a proposal, quote, or statement of work) and are not established by this Site alone.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying infrastructure, or any related systems.

4. Submitted Content and Project Materials

When you submit drawings, specifications, scope documents, or other project materials to UEC (via the contact form, file upload, or email), you represent that you have the right to share that material with us and to request the services described. We will use submitted materials solely to evaluate and, where engaged, perform the requested work.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, layout, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to UEC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Deliverables produced for a client under a paid engagement are governed by the intellectual property terms of that specific engagement's agreement, not by this Site's Terms alone.

6. Professional Engineering Services

Where UEC provides Professional Engineer (PE) review or stamping, such services are performed by a licensed Professional Engineer in accordance with applicable jurisdictional requirements and the specific scope agreed for that engagement. Nothing on this Site constitutes a PE stamp or professional certification on its own.

7. No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all information on it is current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UEC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability arising from a specific paid engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement's agreement.

9. Third-Party Services

This Site uses third-party services for hosting and form processing (currently Netlify). Your submission of a form on this Site is also subject to that provider's own terms, to the extent applicable to the processing of your submission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
